Position Title: Human Resources Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Role Summary:

The Human Resources Manager at Iolite Krypt oversees the daily execution of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The role ensures all HR processes run smoothly, supports a positive employee experience, and aligns workforce management with the company’s strategic goals.

While this position focuses on operational HR functions, it collaborates closely with the Head of Operations & Client Relations, who provides strategic oversight and contributes to high-level HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations & Client Relations during final-stage interviews and hiring decisions with final decisions made by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records using HRIS and digital documentation tools.
  • Assist in planning recruitment timelines and coordinating interview schedules across departments to ensure timely hiring.
  • Provide administrative support in setting up onboarding sessions, orientation meetings, and employee introductions.

HR Administration & Policy Implementation

  • Oversee daily HR operations including employee documentation, attendance tracking, and record management.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and assist in updating HR manuals.
  • Coordinate remote team communications and meeting scheduling as needed.
  • Organize and schedule company-wide meetings, departmental check-ins, and HR-related sessions to support team coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations & Client Relations to align administrative workflows with project and operational goals.
  • Support project tracking by maintaining accurate employee task records, attendance updates, and performance documentation that feed into operational reports.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and HR-related support.
  • Foster a positive and transparent work environment by promoting engagement initiatives and wellness activities.
  • Support conflict resolution processes and enforce fair labor practices.
  • Communicate important operational or performance updates to employees, as guided by the Head of Operations & Client Relations.
  • Assist in coordinating employee participation in company-wide initiatives and performance-driven programs.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Process monthly payroll in collaboration with the Finance Team, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Manage HMO enrollment, benefit updates, and staff queries.
  • Track leave, allowances, and other compensation-related activities.
  • Ensure payroll and benefits data are accurately reflected in operational performance reports and HR analytics dashboards.

Performance & Compliance

  • Administer performance review processes, collecting feedback and supporting evaluation sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics for review by the CEO and Head of Operations.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Operations & Client Relations to track team performance, monitor task completion timelines, and address any HR-related implications affecting workflow.
  • Provide administrative follow-up on performance outcomes and ensure timely documentation of review results.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities for employees.
  • Track skill development and support internal mentorship programs.
  • Assist in aligning training schedules with ongoing operational and project cycles.
  • Work with the Head of Operations to ensure training initiatives directly support performance and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in a remote or ICT-focused organization.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS tools, payroll systems, and employment law compliance.
  • Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with discretion.
